In this 60 minute Hot Yoga Sculpt class set in a 105 degree setting you will flow postures together with the use of additional isometric movements and added weight and body weight for a full body toning yoga workout!

A great 60 or 75 minute gentle yoga class set in a cozy 98 degree setting. An amazing class for beginners or for the experienced yogi who is wanting to slow down, recenter and align their practice.
Warm Good Vibes Flow
Wind down the work week and reset for the weekend with a warm rejuvenating practice. These classes will focus on longer holds with a combination of yin, restorative, and active postures. We will be stretching and breathing deep into the connective tissues allowing our minds and bodies to relax and reset.
Warm Guided Meditation with Deep Stretch
in this 60 minute warm Guided Meditation class with Deep Stretch, starting with a deep stretch to relax your body and prepare yourself to experience a lovely guided meditation to renew and reset! You will replenish and re-energize the whole mind, body and soul. - Space is Limited to 10 students.
(Please still bring a yoga mat to meditate on. You may also bring additional blankets and pillows if you wish)
Warm Reiki Yoga
This yoga class combines both healing practices (yoga and reiki) for a truly unique practice that will help restore balance, peace, and calm to the mind, body, and spirit. In this class, postures will be held a bit longer. While you are holding the poses, our Reiki Master will lay hands on specific parts of the body to deliver the tranquil healing and alignment Reiki energy to you. (the hands on is optional and can easily be opted out of).
Reiki is a form of energy healing that works to balance your life force energy. When we are stressed, ill, or mentally drained, our flow of life energy can become stagnant. Reiki will restore the balance and flow of your energy giving you whole wellness–mind, body, and soul.
This class is 60 minutes in a warm setting of 98 to 100 degrees
Warm Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures set in a warm 95-100 degree room.
Class is limited to 10 students - pre registration is recommended.
